Definitions
- Used in this agreement:
- a. "Website" : refers to our website at 3dvirtualset.com, 3dvirtualset.net, virtualstudio.cn, as well as other 3DVirtualSet brand websites of affiliated companies.
- b. "Download" : means (i) downloading, obtaining or copying content from 3DVirtualSet, (ii) emailing via 3DVirtualSet, electronically or wirelessly.
- c. "Content" : means all content downloaded under this Agreement, including video clips, motion graphics, templates and other digital media works.
- d. "License" : means the type of license granted to you under this Agreement.
- e. "End Product" : Content downloaded to the website by custom-generated content in any format. (picture, video file, source file).

1. Your Right:
- Under the terms of use and other terms of this Agreement, 3DVirtualSet grants you the right to:
- Permanent, means that your right to use the content has no expiration or end date.
- Non-exclusive, means that you do not have exclusive rights to use the content, 3DVirtualSet can license the same content to other clients.
- Unlimited, granting an unlimited number of copies of the End Product in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- You can modify and manipulate the project to to create 1 unique end product.
- You can merge the project with other projects to derive your work, the resulting work is subject to the terms of this license.
- The end product can be distributed to a maximum of 1 customer for free, you are not allowed to charge any fees.
- (This licensethe license will be automatically transferred to your customer.)
- You can create Unlimited number of copies of the single end product.(Provided that the End Product is distributed for Free.)

2.Use restrictions:
- You can’t use content in relation to pornography, crime, immorality, political policy or opinion.
- You can’t use content as a trademark, mark or logo.
- You can’t use the content in any way that infringes any third party trademark or intellectual property rights.
- You can’t modify, extract, redistribute, or create derivative content in any way.
- You can’t sell, resell, rent, share, give or otherwise transfer the right to use and otherwise use the Content.
- You can’t falsely or explicitly indicate that you are the original author of the content.
- You can’t use content in stock items/templates.
- You can’t use content create multiple unique End Products.
- You can’t sell the End Product to the client. (If you want to sell End Product, you need the Extended License)

3.Intellectual property rights:
- All of the licensed content is owned by either 3DVirtualSet. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by 3DVirtualSet.

4.Watermark sample:
- Free watermark samples are for evaluation and testing only, may not be used for any public display and distribution, and may not be deleted or altered.

5.Payment and taxation:
- In view of the characteristics of digital product delivery, we are not obligated to refund the cost of the downloaded product. The refund can only be considered according to the technical issues determined by 3DVirtualSet.
- You are responsible for paying applicable use taxes, value added taxes, property taxes, customs duties, and any related benefits or penalties imposed by any jurisdiction for licensing or use of any content.

6.Fraud:
- In the event that you use fraudulent credit card information to open an account or otherwise engage in any criminal activity affecting 3DVirtualSet, 3DVirtualSet will immediately file a complaint with the internet crime complaint center. This center is partnered with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center.

7.Termination and cancellation:
- 3DVirtualSet retains ownership of all content on the Site, but grants you permission under these terms. Except for termination, this Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party and you may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of the Content and deleting and destroying any copies. If you violate any of the terms, 3DVirtualSet may terminate this Agreement at any time, in which case you must immediately: stop using the content; delete or destroy any copies.
